Historische Stadthalle Wuppertal (Wuppertal’s Historic Town Hall)

Short facts

  • Wuppertal

The finest concert acoustics. And lots of events.

You will be absolutely amazed: Historische Stadthalle Wuppertal (Wuppertal’s Historic Town Hall) is one of the most beautiful historical concert and event locations in Germany.

Outstanding acoustics and state-of-the-art stage technology make every concert an extraordinary experience. And it’s not just the Wuppertal Symphony Orchestra that is at home here. A wide variety of music concerts, whether classical or modern, take place here. But the entire offering is even more comprehensive: performances by cabaret artists, exhibitions and trade fairs are all on the schedule, as well as festivals and galas.

Stadthalle Wuppertal is jewel of the neo-renaissance. Built in 1900 and completely renovated in 1995, it has shone in new splendor ever since. Each of the rooms and halls is an architectural gem.

Also the location is easy to reach: the Stadthalle is centrally located but still in green surroundings. The ICE train station, local public transport and the suspension railway are all nearby.
