best season

From Lindlar to Kürten.

The panoramic trail leads along a former railroad line with an impressive viaduct from the LVR open-air museum on the outskirts of Lindlar down into the Sülztal valley. The paths are lonely, leading hikers over panoramic heights and through the dreamy Olpebach valley to the historic pilgrimage site of Biesfeld. Almost imperceptibly, the route crosses the district border from Lindlar in the Oberberg region to Kürten in the Rhineland and Berg region.

We would like to thank Christian Jansen and Winfried Rehbach, who are looking after the trail as volunteer trail patrons.
