Along the numerous arms and bays of the Neye dam, the path is reminiscent of Norwegian fjords
The drinking water reservoir, where the deciduous forest shines in the bright colors of an "Indian summer" in autumn, is part of a whole network of reservoirs. The inlets and outlets of this water quintet accompany the Panorama Trail to the stage finish in the oldest town in the Bergisches Land: the Hanseatic town of Wipperfürth.
