The firefly hike with Gertrud Siebert on Saturday, June 27, 2026 offers a special nature experience for families with children aged 6 and over. The event is organized in cooperation with the Tourist Info Eitorf.
During the evening hike, participants learn exciting facts about the life of fireflies, discover local meadow herbs and go in search of clues in nature.
The meeting point is at 9 pm at the Mühleip sports field. The route is around 1.5 kilometers long and leads mainly along paved forest and field paths. Please bring your own drinks. Participation is free of charge and at your own risk. The event will not take place in the event of bad weather or heavy rain.
