We are the people behind the café: Simone Vollmann, master confectioner, and Verena Vollmann, trained confectioner.
With our craft, we want to preserve classic cakes and tarts and at the same time reinterpret them with modern influences and fresh ideas. This is how tried and tested recipes meet surprising accents - always with the aim of bringing something special to your plate.
