Café Sieben Sachen

"If you want to bake a good cake, you have to have seven things" - this well-known verse from the children's song "Backe, backe Kuchen" was our inspiration. Because, as in the song, a really good cake requires not only the right ingredients, but also a love of baking.

For us, these "seven things" symbolize what our art of baking is all about: selected ingredients, genuine craftsmanship, creativity, passion, tradition, curiosity - and, of course, attention to detail.

We are the people behind the café: Simone Vollmann, master confectioner, and Verena Vollmann, trained confectioner.

With our craft, we want to preserve classic cakes and tarts and at the same time reinterpret them with modern influences and fresh ideas. This is how tried and tested recipes meet surprising accents - always with the aim of bringing something special to your plate.

In addition to our fine cake and tart creations, we also offer freshly prepared breakfasts and hearty farmer's slices - for all those who like a hearty meal or want to treat themselves to something good in between.
