The beautiful 80sqm holiday apartment is located at Preyersmühle 16a, 42929 Wermelskirchen and offers space for 1-4 guests. It is situated on the 1st floor of a two-family house. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and seating options, and a large living/dining room for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator including freezer compartment, leaving nothing to be desired. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment for cleaning your clothes. There is also a light-filled bathroom with a bathtub and shower, where you can relax in the evenings. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. In summer, you can enjoy relaxed barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that no pets are allowed and smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Children are warmly welcome, and upon request, we are happy to provide a children's travel bed free of charge. The garden can be used, featuring a large trampoline, swing, slide, a small sandbox, and in summer, a pool is also available. You can use the Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house for free. You live directly by the forest and at the city border between Remscheid and Wermelskirchen. There is also a restaurant, Preyersmühle, just a 2-3 minute walk from the holiday apartment. Furthermore, Ehlis, the arrow factory, is within walking distance. The outdoor swimming pool Eschbachtal can be reached on foot through the woods in about 20 minutes (900 meters), and by car in 5 minutes (currently being rebuilt until summer 2028). There are good shopping opportunities in both Remscheid and Wermelskirchen. Schloß Burg can be reached by car in about 10 minutes, and there are also beautiful hiking trails; you can also use a bicycle.
There are good bus connections to Cologne and Remscheid every 30 minutes. In Remscheid, there are additional transfer options by train.
