A newly built vacation apartment spread over 3 floors awaits you on around 75 m²: from the hallway on the ground floor - where you are welcome to leave your jackets and shoes - you reach the 1st floor with a spacious eat-in kitchen and cozy pellet stove, dining table, sofa bed, bedroom with double bed (1.8 m wide) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. From the kitchen-cum-living room, a staircase leads up to the gallery in the attic, from where you can access the spacious bunk room (2.1 m high in the middle), which is equipped with two 1.2 m beds that can be moved flexibly. You can marvel at the starry sky and the forest from the skylights. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment), sufficient crockery, hairdryer, towels and soda streamer. Children's or baby equipment is available (plastic crockery & cutlery, wipeable tablecloth, high chair, baby crib - stair and pellet stove grids on request).
We completed the apartment in 2024. We have placed particular emphasis on the sustainable and resource-saving use of materials (ecological insulation material, natural wood flooring, refurbished old wooden doors from the house).
With the pellet stove, we opted for a sustainable heating method. Thanks to the insulated floor, walls and roof, the heat is kept in the vacation apartment - and it stays nice and cool in summer. If it gets too cold in the rooms or bathroom, we also have small electric heaters powered by natural electricity.
