View of a small front garden and the garden estate opposite. City center as well as A 46 and A 1 can be reached in 3 minutes by car. Bus stops 80m away.
The apartment is 35 square meters, with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and a living room/bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a storage room. From the house entrance on the ground floor, a small hallway leads to the living rooms on the left and to the bathroom (WC with shower, washbasin and washing machine) on the right.
One bed & one sofa bed as a double bed. Crib on request.
