Stage 11 leads from Waldbröl to Nümbrecht
Vast meadows and fields on the open slopes of the upper Waldbrölbach Valley accompany hikers for most of this stage. Along the way to the Homburger Ländchen, the landscape surprises with ever-changing vistas. The observation tower on the “Lindchen,” just before the stage’s finish, offers a magnificent panorama: From its platform, you can see not only the Siebengebirge and the Eifel Heights on the horizon, but also take in a large portion of the Bergischer Panoramasteig.
