Immediately after your start at Eitorf train station with its listed freight terminal, you will admire the castle-like factory owner's residence "Boge Villa" directly opposite. Your history tour then leads over the Erlenberg to the Old Cemetery. Here you can enjoy the silence of the listed park with its old trees and magnificent graves. On the south side of the complex you leave the quiet place and end up back in Eitorf life. On the way it is worth taking a look at the old cigar factory, which now houses modern art. A visit to the sculpture garden is also recommended. Following Mühlenstraße you cross the Eipbach and reach the market square along its course. How about a break in one of the nice cafés? Beyond the square, Parkstraße leads past the Gauhe family's factory owner's villa with its mix of half-timbering, sandstone and slate. A large loop path takes you through the park-like "Sieganlagen" to the river on a dam. On the other bank, the former vineyard "Keltersberg" rises up and is worth a detour. After crossing the bridge, a beautiful path takes you in a few serpentines to a romantic viewing pavilion. A lovely place for a picnic and a good opportunity to enjoy the picturesque view over the Sieg valley. On the way back, turn right after crossing the Sieg again - and reach the train station via the Siegauenplatz, past the Sieg balcony
