Trolley Loh to Rott

Short facts

  • Wuppertal

In the past, it brought track workers and crossing guards to work. Today, you can explore nature in a sporty and fun way: We are, of course, talking about the trolley.

Experience Wuppertal in a new way - a very special kind of "train ride"

If you would like to explore the disused railroad line on the Wuppertal Nordbahntrasse using muscle power, you can take a tour on a bicycle trolley with the Wuppertalbewegung e.V. from April to September . The 1.6-kilometer route runs along the former tracks of the Rhenish Railway. In the summer months, depending on availability and weather, the trolley runs once a month on Sundays between 2 and 5 p.m. from Loh station, platform 3. Individual appointments are available on request via the Wuppertalbewegung e.V. website.
